In Acts 2 we read about the establishment of the New Testament Church on the Day of Pentecost. Peter, along with the Apostles, preached to the multitudes on this day.
The church at Tunbridge Wells continues to follow this pattern of worship today.

Our Congregational History
THE CHURCH IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS
opened its new building in Commercial Road in October 1877 but the beginning of this work goes back ten years earlier when Brother Collyer and his wife came from Woking, in Surrey, to live in Tunbridge Wells.
